I am building a iron 408 using a 6.2 block. my question to ya`ll is what radiator would be the best for a high reving solid roller all motor car. I am pretty sure that they are around they same price, so that is really not a factor. I just wont the most reliable, effeicent radiator I can buy. I have not heard anything bad or good about either one.
Thanks,
Adam

I think replacing your radiator is just an extra piece that is not needed. Just put in a cooler -tstat, and adjust your fan settings and you'll be perfectly fine. I'm running a 427 LS7 - 550rwhp motor and it hasn't gone hotter then 190* even on a super hot day after some serious runs.

I guess I must have been mistaken on what you were referring too, as far as oil temps, I have no idea what my oil temps are, but i'm sure they're running pretty hot. If it was an oil cooler you were talking about, then you're a better man than I am! I certainly should get an oil cooler, but so far everything is fine, still have good pressures after runs, and haven't noticed any ill effects of not having one.
Best Regards.
