Default Throttle body/cable problem

When I push in on my clutch my RPM's are not going all the way down. I know this is not a vacuum leak because I can open the hood and tap on the cable pulley and the rpms go down to normal. Can someone tell me the best way to remedy this situation?

Sounds like you need to adjust your throttle cable.

Ok so I fixed the problem. I just recently pulled my fuel rail off to have my injectors cleaned and when I pulled the cables out of the way they got a little twisted. Sounds stupid but that was really my problem.
