Default Header and loudmouth

I have a loudmouth exhaust and y pipe in my car now, and am planning on removing the cats and putting a set of pacesetter headers on, a nice cam and valve train upgrade and then having it dyno tuned. Question: would a set of headers going into the loudmouth be too raspy and loud or would anyone suggest putting a dynomax bullet in the system to help not p.o. the neighbors and attract the cops?

I want it to sound deep, mellow, and aggressive, but not too loud decibel wise. I like the loudmouth as it is at the moment but know the headers will help alot. Suggestions?

I got an off-road y-pipe for sale if you are looking for one...made to bolt right up to longtubes......no welding needed and definately put on the bullet.

if you remove the cats, then you will get mega rasp. Get some high flow cats, and that will mellow out the sound.

Thanks folks, I appreciate the input. I am big on gathering info from those who know better or have experience where I do not. That is the beauty of this site.

Thanks a bunch.
