Default Powersteering assembly stuck

I am replacing my head gaskets and my 2 of my powersteering bolts wont budge (striped) so how would I go about removing the bracket safley to the head. Or just remove the head with pump on and have the machine shop remove it. I could pull the pulley but I'm using the autoports and theirs is broke, have head studs in so can't just slide it up ugh what to do. and the guy who did engine work last put copper sealant on the headgasckets so they were stuck, just tore them up since they only stuck to the head not the block ugh big mess. thanks guys this is on the 02 trans am btw
