Default O2 Sensor Question

Ok, guy's im looking into buying some new Catalytic Converters. Now my question is, do the Rear O2 Sensor's go behind the cats or in them??? Im still running the Stock Header's, and will be for some time. Just getting a new exhaust system, so just curious as to what Cat's i should get.

Im lookin on the Performance Curve website, and i see some Magnaflow Cat's that have the O2 Sensor bung in them. Then i see those SPUN Cat's by Magnaflow that alot of ppl seem to use on here. Well idk if there those, but there in the same style.

Any help would be great.

Yea, im gonna go ahead and go with the SPUN Magnaflow cat's. 3" In/Out from JEGS.com. Seems to be the cheapest i can get them for, and forget about the O2 Sensor question guy's. I wasnt sure, did a bit more looking and got my info.
