Default SLP Radiator epoxied cap came off, what size/expoxy to use?

Well I went out to lunch today, parked and heard coolant hitting the ground, thought to myself "great, blown hose in the middle of the summer in AZ", popped the hood and noticed the epoxied cap on the passenger side of my SLP radiator came off and coolant was coming out of that spout/hole.

What size cap do I need for that and what type of epoxy is safe to use on the radiator where water will be flowing by/touching? Thanks for any help ASAP!
