Default Another PVC solution

I have a dumb question regarding my ls1 pcv system. (bare with me i did it like 5 years ago and I cant remember all the details) I converted it to the 5.3 system where the pcv valve sits in the back of the driver's side valve cover, runs behind the motor to a catch can then into the intake manifold. The tube on the back of the passenger side valve cover is plugged and the fresh air inlet on the front of the passenger side valve cover connect to the TB. I actually have 2 questions. 1. Is there anything that I am missing or do I have it hooked up wrong? 2. Will this setup be sufficient for evacuating crank case pressure that is associated with 7000+ rpm?
