Default Can a bullet muffler blow out?

Hey guys I have had the LM2 on my car for about 35,000 miles now with LT's and ORY. A week or so ago it started making a metallic rattling noise. Like something was hitting the exhaust. So I checked it and nothing was hitting. It sounds like it's coming from inside the exhaust like the muffler has blown out. Can the LM2 muffler blow out? When i get time I'm going to pull off the muffler and check inside of it. Just wanting to see what you guys thought it could be. Thanks.

yes it can. i had a buddy that blew out his LM1, so it is possible. when he took it off, it was just a hollow pipe, nothing inside.

The LM1 is just a hollow pipe. There is never anything inside of it.
