Default Installed Headers had it tuned now we have multiple 02 senso

This is for my fathers 2000 LS1 with a Vortech supercharger with aftercooler and QTP headers and offroad pipe no cats.

We brought the car down to Diablo and had it tuned after the header install. We also bought new GM 02 senors for the install and installed 02 sims for the rear. When we had it tuned we had them delete the rear 02's but left the sims there. These are the codes we are getting?

p0135- 02 heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1 malfunction
p0155- 02 heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1 malfunction
p1133- 02 insuficant switching bank 1 sensor 1
p1153 -02 insuficant switching bank 2 sensor 1

What do you guys think would be causing this?

Sensor 1 is the front O2s, Check your connections on the O2s and O2 extentions. If that is happening with brand new O2s something is wrong..

I will look into that thanks. We drove the car for 350 miles total before we got to the dyno and no codes. Then we drove home still no codes? We drove it around locally now the codes come up?
