Help me.(12 volt wire) manual fan switch ls1 hello i bought a very similiar like the slp. Everything i understand but i can't find a 12 volt line. I c the cd player one but i can't find a tool to get off the bolts. The one i was using broke. Those little bolts that hold the ac switches and cd player. I want to splice into the cig one but i can't find a way to take it off to access the switch.
Name what you used for the 12 volt requirment.

if youre just looking for a 12 volt source ive used the wire after the fuse going to my wipers, ive also used the small pink power wire going to my cruise control.

you can pull the cubby out of the dash...the one in front of the shifter or if you have a tcs button the plate that holds the switch pops out...you can then reach the plug on the back of the lighter.
