LS6 intake or not everyone give me your opinions ok i took off my egr vavle and i was thinking of gettin an LS6 intake. i have a 2000 trans am with all bolt ons minus pullys and throttle body and headers but i have an ORY. would it be worth it? also, i heard that the LS6 intake on the fbodies flow better than the vette one. anyhwere to get that stock intake cheaper? i dont wanna get one with the egr mod if i dont have to. and would i need to modify anything else? or just bolt it in. and what should i watch out for when doing it?

Re: LS6 intake or not everyone give me your opinions I'd wait a little while longer. There will be alot of them for sale when the new plastic aftermarket unit comes out.

Re: LS6 intake or not everyone give me your opinions Put a rubber freeze plug in the top of your stock one and stay with it for now. You haven't changed enough to benefit from any increase in flow it may provide.
