What all is needed to run a T-Rex cam? I know about springs and such, but I am more talking about fuel delivery and such. What kind of gas mileage is to be expected out of this cam driving normally? Some people say that the cam is not a good idea for a daily driver, but I am still leaning towards it. The car will be an M6. Mileage.. let's say around 60,000-70,000 miles.

You should be fine on the stock fuel system. You might want to look into some 4.10 gears though.
