Urgent, easy exhaust question... Okay, so I'm in the middle of installing my brand new GMMG exhaust and am having some problems. I'm currently trying to get the new intermediate pipe onto the existing Y-pipe, but I can't get the clamp onto the new I-pipe. The clamp is a 2.5" band clamp (it came with the system), and no matter what I do, I can't get it on the I-pipe. I've been working at this for a long time now, any help is greatly appreciated...

Re: Urgent, easy exhaust question... The I pipe is 3", the band clamp that came with mine slid right over. You should also have gotten a U clamp for the rear section, see if that fits.
