Clear the codes out of the computer. Unplug the Idle Air Control Valve and the TPS then turn the ignition on but dont start the engine. You will hear the sensors click or cycle and after a couple of seconds turn the ignition off. Plug them back up and turn the key back on, you will hear the sensors cycle again and after a couple of seconds start the engine and let it idle for a minute or two. See if that takes care of your problem first.

Thanks for the reply, tried it no luck.Put stocker back on every things fine now. Looking at it closer looks like too much porting around throttle bade area. can see light coming thru between blade and body when closed.Sending it back for a new one.

Now thats normal really to see a crack of light around the blade when its closed, they are that way from GM suppliers- you just cant see it because of the ridge in front of the blade. But its not much, just enough to keep the blade from sticking in the bore. Who did the porting, if you dont mind me askin?

I rather not say, the guy has a good rep and is taking care of it.I hated to put the old one back , and really could tell after i put the old one back that it had help in throttle responce. As for the light coming thru i compared it to the stock and the amount of light on the ported one was not unformed around the throttle blade, and you could clearly tell it had to much space.I thought this area should have as little material as possible removed?I should have a different one by next week and i will let you know how it goes. Iam hoping to get up to the track in canada before it closes and see if these little mods help any in 1/4 mile time.
