Default Miss Fire Codes

Ok So After My Scorpion Rocker Arm Issues. I Had To Pull My Pass Side Head Off. After Putting It Together The Car Ran Great For About 30-45 Min. Than It Put A Random Misfire Code Up And Car Started Driving Like A$$. I Pulled The Plugs And Changed Them With New Tr55 I Also Put Heat Tape On All My Wires And Than Slid Them In A Wire Wrap. Between About 1000rpm-2500rpm Car Has No Power About 3k Car Launches And Is Fine. Can This Be A Bad Coil Or Something I Did Wrong With The New Rocker Arms???

You could swap the hole coil bracket from one side to the other and see if the misfire switches sides on the engine.
