What could cause this smoke????
When i accelerate at full throttle, when I let off a puff of smoke comes out. I noticed it when I dynoed my car, and now I have people (hehehe) who I race tell me they see a puff of smoke come out when I let off. Could it be my valve seals? or do I need a valve cover breather? or is it maybe something worse opinions please

When letting off the throttle at high RPM, you introduce a huge intake vacuum. Totally normal.
However the PCV system is connected to the intake behind the throttle, and gets all of that vacuum too. The LS1 has oil ingestion issues through the PCV system, and it sounds like you are runngin some through the engine when that kind of vacuum is introduced.
If its a big deal, add a catchcan inline with the PCV system. The oil, in bad cases can start to add carbon deposits to the pistons and create hotspots (detonation) but that would have to be pretty bad. Do you notice that the car uses alot of oil during whatever your "normal" driving is?

I usually notice I use about maybe a quart or a little more between oil changes, but I never drive normal between them. Where can I find how to make a catch-can?

Re: What could cause this smoke????
i suggest you also swap to an LS6 valley cover - about $60...
the catch can can be made from 2 inch PVC pipe from Home Depo... use some brass treading vaccume fittings - also a Home Depo thing .. the pvc caps I used for the can are rubber - also from home depo....

I also built one out of bits from Home depot.
just make a tube with caps on both ends, a petcock on the bottom, and a fitting going in and a fitting going out.
I also added a small fitting top and bottom that I connected with a peice of clear thin tubing so that I can see how full the catchcan is.
