I've been away from the forum for several years my cam knowledge is years out of date. I have parts in the garage from around 2002/2003 to use to build a new LS1 set up.
Stage 2.5 TEA LS6 heads
LS6 intake
MMS 229 cam on a 114 LSA
If this gets build it will go in a ~3200 pound A4 car with a 3200 stall and 3.73's.
Budget is tight so FAST intakes etc are out but I can afford a new cam if there should be a worth while gain.
Thank you for your comments.

Holy **** man! Long time no see!
That old MMS 230 cam is an awesome cam. I put one in a car about 4-5 yrs ago and it did 410/400 on stock heads. Driveability lacks a little due to the older lobe designs, but with some tuning she drives real nice.
Is it worth the trouble to get rid of it and buy something else around the same size? I don't think so.
Good to see you're still alive.
