Default how much flow improvement with just polishing my heads

I weas wondering how many cfm I can gain by just polishing my heads? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

not much at all. u can really only polish the exhaust side of ur heads otherwise ull mess with the fuel atomization and it wont run right ul have fuel puddling on ur piston and burn a hole in it. so dont polish the intake lol

Not worth the time or trouble and you will probably hurt the engines performance on the intake side ..

If you are going to pull off the stock heads, you will get better results by having a real good performance valce job. This will get you more performance than just polishing. Your best bet would be to wait and have the heads completely worked by a sponsor such as TSP.
