Block casting 12569513EA, 243 heads, what is it?

243 head castings where either LS2 or LS6, not sure on the block.

thanks for the input, please forgive my ignorance , I did a search for the block casting number on the net and came up blank so I decided to post here... I've never seen a block like this before
