LPE oil pump...questions? I bought an LPE (Lingenfelter) Oil pump kit for my LQ4 project because I got a good deal on it.
When I looked up the GM part number on the actual oil pump itself, 12571896,
it came out as an LS3 6.2L pump.
Now my question is, if the above is true, what roller timing chain to use with this pump and will this pump clear my timing cover (I dont want to be grinding things for clearance)??
