Default Loss of rwhp thru Borla Plate Exhaust System?

I have a borla catback system with a few adjustable plates...

My question is their a loss in rwhp between have a plate in the system or having none?

Probably very little. I might be there on a dyno, but I doubt it would be anything to worry about. Just run whatever sounds good to you. Oh, this should be in External, not internal

When i first got my car it had the plate in it with the smallest hole and i drove it for a while like that. But now i am running it open with no tail pipes and it didnt seem to make much of a difference performance wise but it sure is a hell of alot louder now
