PRC duals to Comp 918's or Pac 1218's question
I went from stock valvetrain to PRC duals, so i have the seats, valve seals, valve springs and retainers that came with the PRC kit, if i wanted to make the change to Comp 918's or Pac 1218's, what would i need to replace from the hardware i have from PRC ?
can i re-use the seats, valve seals, retainers, and stock locks and just change the springs ?

Give us a call if you decide to swap to a single spring, we have stock seats & seals around we can work you out a cheap deal on them.

Thanks Jason, i was thinking to give you guys a call since i got my cam kit from you guys.
I'm very happy with the PRC stuff, i'm on my 2nd set, and i have over 30k miles on the current set with the TSP 228R. i just want to try the singles since i know this springs are overkill for my application. if you guys can put together a package with Comp 918's (the new design, the ones that shouln't break )), or the Pac 1218's i'll get everything from you. i think i still have the stock hardware, it came out with only 14k miles, (the one piece seats and seals) , the stock retainers, and i know i have a brand new of stock locks, i bought 2 packs of them when i did my valvesprings last time thinking i didn't want to get the air compressor holding up the valves while i was rushing to the closest dealer to find the locks
Anyways, if i take the PRC seats out, are they easy to pull, or would i need a special tool to get them out and put the stockers back in ? do i have to "seat" them against something ?
My experience is limited to only getting to the valve seals i had to replace, plus valve springs retainers and locks, but i've never touched a seat.
Thanks in advance.
