I have a 2001 Z06 and im ordering the tsp lts, when they get off backorder, a fm13/112lsa, ud pulley, 918s, p.rods, oz700.. and would like to get some heads a little cheaper that $2,000. I was looking on Texas-Speed and saw the PRC LS6 stage 1 heads, specs flowed better on bottom and top over the afr at half the price. I was wondering if anyone has ever used the heads and wondered how much better (whp) would they benefit over the stock LS6 heads. I would be happy if i saw 20-30whp from them. Shooting for 420whp with the cam - the heads and 450whp+ with the heads. It seems tsp is a pretty reputable site and didnt take it that they would sell junk is why i was wondering.

I ordered a couple of sets from TSP and saw great gains nothing less than 30rwhp BUT KEEP IN MIND thats was swapped from stock LS1 241 Heads or 853 heads those heads are great but I dont think you can get 30rwhp over 243 LS6 Heads if you can send TSP your heads and add a little more and get yourself stg 2.5 ls6 heads the car will be over 450rwhp with the right cam.

Since you already have the 243 i would send them to TEA and get their stage 2 job done on them for $1,320. But going with TSP isent a bad idea ether. I gained 38rwhp with 62cc chambers on my car on the mustang dyno.
