Default Deluxe Heads & Camshaft Bolt & Gasket Kit and some questions....

Heads and Cam:
PRC 5.3L stage 2.5 Heads
Custom Pred-Z cam (23X/23X .61X .59X 111+2)
Ported lS6 Oil Pump

Ok so TSP has the "Deluxe Heads & Camshaft Bolt & Gasket Kit" and i want to make sure i am ording the right stuff for my H/C swap...i dont wanna order something wrong....mainly gaskets whats the best?

so heres what im getting:

ARP short and long head bolts
Graphite gasket set
ARP blancer bolt
Center bolt valve cover gaskets
LS1 valley gasket


more questions questions....

how do i know what length rod i need?
Do i need to update to lS7 lifters?
Do i need a Rollmaster Double-Roller Adjustable timing set?

Damn im gettin excited for my H/C swap but i really want to make sure its done right with the right parts.

opt for the MLS gaskets, and coat them with copper gasket spray before you install them.

you dont *need* LS7 lifters, but i would
you dont *need* a adjustable timing set, but i would
and as far as PR length, the only way to tell is get a PR length checker and measure.

ok i assumed MLS gaskets were the way to go but wanted to make sure.

yea, in your shoes, i would go with .040 MLS gaskets from Cometic. little expensive, but they will raise your compression. i imagine that cam is going to want some good compression.

btw, i have a set of TSP 5.3 2.5 heads forsale milled to 59cc chambers with PRC double springs. the heads have about 5k miles on them, and the springs less than 500 miles.
