Default What is the secret to seperating the steering reservoir?

I would like to take the reservoir off of the bracket and have not figured it out yet. I am assuming you have to take the side clips off, but I don't seem to be coordinated enough to get 2 screwdrivers in there to pry. Is there a better way?

Pry the middle tab out, on the clips. Knock the clips off. Done. Bend the tabs back in when you put the clips back on.
