Default new build direction opinions?

please forgive my ignorance.... as i am a first time chevy owner and never had fuel injection.... after much research.... this is kinda the direction i am leaning towards cause dollar for dollar it seems to be the best bang for buck.
i have an 05 chevy truck with 5.3 at 27k miles, 4l60e w/ hd2, billet servo's and a 3k stall 3.73 gears
i am looking at going with l92 heads, zo6 cam, then adding a maggie tvs....
does this seem like a respectable setup for a daily driver? or am i just way off?
criticism welcome as well as advice
thanx

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use the L92's on that shortblock due to the small bore. L92's will only fit a 4"bore or larger. Other than that, sounds like a plan...

I say port your stock heads and then throw the maggie on top of that! If need be then you can spray it lol
