Default lsa question

Not sure if I should ask in this section or the nitrous section. Since i'm gonna be running some nitrous later on, should I buy a cam with a higher lsa? I'm set on getting the ms3. It comes in either a 112 or 113. Is it safer to get the 113? Thanks.

When I ordered mine, I told TSP that I was going to spray a 150 shot and they recommended the 113 LSA

If you are talking about being safer on the motor then running the lower LSA would be 'safer' due to the increased overlap letting more of the unburnt intake charge out of the combustion chamber. If you are wanting to optimize your nitrous setup then you would want a higher LSA so that your engine uses the most of the nitrous you are spraying into it.
