Default what cam should I use?

Its a 99 A4 Ls1 that will be going in a 90s F body. I was planning on using johns 91 z28s setup. he used a Comp Cams cam .566-.566 lift; 222/222 duration @.050; 114LSA with the 918 valve springs and retainers. Car will not have to be smog legal and will be a daily driver. What do you guys think Should i go with this setup.

Default Re: what cam should I use?

That is a decent cam and will make good power. The TR 230 is reversed because of the runner lenght and Is a solid design. Althought I do no think TR was thinking in terms of runner length when they designed this cam.
