Default Question concerning crankshaft

I have just put my crankshaft in my block and when i put my main caps on and just snug the bolts the crank won't turn at all. I have not torqued anything down yet because I am waiting on my new main cap bolts to come in. So my question is if this is something that I should worry about or should the main caps correct when I torque them all down? Just a little concerned and appreciate any info and advice I can get. Thanks

Zach

Can you post a picture of the main caps, so we can see which way you have them turned?

Looks to me like mains 2, 3, & 4 are in backwards. As I remember 5 is the odd man out, meaning that number is opposite of the others. I've only built one motor and am going from memory, but yeah I'm saying flip d'em bitches.

Thanks everyone! I flipped 2 3 and 4 and the crank feels like its spinning on a cloud of air!
