Definitely springs, and depending on the age of the engine, a new oil pump. I'm not sure on pushrods, but if the clearances and the length is ok, why not reuse them?

I am not reusing my stock stuff. I bought a used cam with 5k on it. springs, rods, oil pump and timing chain are all very lightly used. like less than 500 miles. Just having 2nd thoughts about using used stuff. wondered what others opinions were.

just use judgement. I bought used heads with pat springs and they looked like they were never used. definately believe only 3-4xxx miles. in general though springs and pushrods should be new. As long as the cam doesn't have scorch marks or chips on the lobes or bearings their good for awhile. just make sure you don't pay more than 3/4 quarters of what the part is new if it is used generally round half is what i expect for a good used part. Currently trying to do the cheapest h/c low buck build on the site with just used parts. oh never buy used lifters IMO other than that good luck i will post how my numbers are in two weeks when it should be done(waiting for rods)
