All the exhaust valves on 3 sets of heads look like this

Could probably just clean these off

Clean them up, and have them ground. They'll be fine.

I agree. The edges show enough margin for a proper valve job.
You might consider a good multi-angle valve and seat grind to gain a little more power, but that's your call.
