Question head studs

If i decide to go with head studs can the heads be put on while the engine is still in the car? and is it worth the extra cost on stock cubes and compression?

I put mine on with the motor still in. No problem.
I got mine for ease of install, and they are reusable.
Then I doubled the output of the motor, so I put them to good use.

Same here, I installed the studs and heads with the engine still in the car, a 2002 TA for what its worth.

I have studs and have removed the heads in the also, no big deal. Studs are nice because you don't get coolant in the holes when pulling heads and as said above they are reuseable.
