Question setup questions

so as of now my 2000 ls1 has lts, lid, ory, and catback. ran into some misfortune- and am looking at a rebuild. bottom end will most likely stay stock. im looking at cam and head kits from tsp. i want around 400-425 rwhp. looking at ls6 heads with 228r cam kit with 918 springs and hardened pushrods. and going for a set of 1.7 roller rockers. the cam specs are 228/228 with .588 int. and exh. lift. on a 112lsa. will the 918 springs rated for .600" handle this or should i go dual springs to be safe? and will standard length pushrods and 1.7 roller rockers work with this setup? im new to the valvetrain area. also how would just milling my stock heads work with the rest of the setup? thanks for any help

Yes those springs will do just fine. Go with some harden pushrods, but wait on the length till your all done , because if your millin them your deff going to want to check your PTV. depends on what kinds of heads you go with, but millin will help, bumps compression up, more torque, some 243's will work nice with that setup, with a p&p, just all depends on your budget

yeah well also i was thinking of ordering heads from tsp as well since they will come with valves assembled and ready to go. the ls6 ported heads look like what im leaning towards as of now.
