Default Is there a position I can turn the crank to shut all the intake valves?

My car is a turbo car & I'm trying to chase down a phantom boost leak. I have pressurised all the charge pipes and intercooler and they are good (no leaks) but when under boost running I still have a leak so I wanna pressurize the intake and see if I have an intake manifold leak. The car also has a 224 cam.
