Default Play in yella terra rockers?

After replacing a head gasket I started up the car. Runs great but has a nice ticking noise. Two of my yella terra rockers have some play in them. Question is should they? The shims r in and I had no problem with them prior to this.

did you use an OEM head gasket? if not, height of the gasket can change and call for longer or shorter pushrods. you sure you torqued the rockers down right?
