Default which stroker kit for this set up?

A friend of mine want to stroke his Camaro and this is his set up :

83-AFR-1510-62 (AFR 205cc LS1 Cylinder Heads with 62cc chamber assembled with 2.02" / 1.60" Valves, dual coil valve springs(.600" max lift), and titanium retainers)
FAST 92/92
full bolt ons
TH-350 but dont know about which converter to go with
238/242 60×/60× 113lsa
3.73 gears

is 383ci enough for this set up? he had 420rwhp with T56 and same set up and now he want to hit 480rwhp+ so should he go with 383ci or larger cubes?

If you're going to spend the money on machining to go with the 383, spend the extra money and get a bigger bore block as well, like the ls2 or ls3 if you want to keep the weight in check, or if you don't mind the extra 60-80lbs, you can pick up an iron 6.0 block for ~$700.

Bigger cubes are always better, so why limit himself to a 383 when he can go 402-416 cubic inches.
