what heads are better
i dont know what heads are better pleace put them in order

243 hands down on a N/A motor.
317 are big chamber 243's and best for F/I use as they lower compression.
241's are marginally better than the rest because the casting process is slightly better but not really enough to make up for car to car differences.
Flip a coin between the rest.....

What about if you port them does that even the playing fields. The reason I'm asking I have ported 853's now on a 370 iron block that flow 305@ 600 lift. Will the unported 243 flow better than ported 853?

IDK ,but you can call any of the top doggs ( LM,TEA,AFR, etc.) and they will be glad to answer your question. I know Livernois Motorsports (LM)and Texas Speed will be glad to help you out for sure. Hope this helps
