Default Heads for my setup... 5.3's, 243's and by who?

I am using doing a FAST 92/92 and Comp 224/228 .581/.584 cam with FULL bolt-ons. So in the $1300 range are the Patriot 243 heads better than say TSP heads? Would the compression boost with the 5.3's help me at all since both types seem to flow about the same? Valve offerings go from 2.02-2.08. What would work best?

Anyone?

Why would a 5.3 be better or worse in an application? Any brand better than the other?

I would like to see a little more input on this one. It's close to where I'm going with my setup.

LS6's have better low lift numbers. I went with Patriot 2031 LS6 heads
