I was wondering if you guys could help me out. What kind of rod and main bearing kit would i use for my 383 kit? Is it all standard, or does the sizes change when you use 4" crank, 6.125 rod, 3.905 piston. I know my ls1 stock alum block needs some machining, but i didn't know what rod and main bearing kit to buy. Appreciate some help. thanks

Bearings should be the same, unless the crank and rods use a 2.00" rod journal rather than a 2.100" journal.
