The AFR heads have a little bit more p/v than a stock head so that should really help you. You could check p/v where your at & then decide if you need to cut the pistons.

dual springs, pushrods, and if your heads are within .010 of stock you wont have to flycutt almost sure......mostly a tune

prob cause u have heads and a cam also might want to look into some 4.10 or around there for gears, also do u have a ls6 or fast intake? either will work just wondering.

flycutting just means u are cutting valvereleifs in your pistons witch i beleive u have to take the pistons out of the motor to do so....with u would be better off buying pistons with v/r precut...so to nswer your question it wouldn't make a diffrence down the road and im pretty sure your injectors will be fine they will just bump the injector cycle up when they tune...
