Default car wont start need help

well the other day i ran the car outta gas and couldnt get it started back up the fuel pump went out, got a new one put it in changed the plugs and now the car wont start im not gettin any gas at the rail. i can hear the pump kick on but nothing. i puilled the gas line off at the fuel filter and jerry rigged a pressure gauge up to it and im gettin like 60 ps1 for 1 second then nothing. and at the rail im barley getting any. i checked all the lines for clogges and there is a new fuel filter. i took it to auto lab and they told me the fuel pump is bad. this is my dd any help is apreciated?

So you changed the fuel pump out and its a shop told you that the new pump is bad?? Take it out and return it to the store and get another one.

Did you try forcing the pump to stay on, like jumpering the wires to force it for a longer period of time?? You remembered to put gas in the tank too right??

i did force the pump to stay on but still no fire. i jumperd the wires at the relay but the car would still not fire
