Arrow I need a balancer...what do all you use? Cheap

Anybody use this harmonic balancer?
I need one just to replace the stocker since I lost it and don't need anything crazy, just need one to get the motor in and going....
The bottom one is at least SFI approved so cant be that bad right?

^^^ agree don't go buying something that you personally don't know about or no one has used. Ebay would be a great place to start apart form here.

Not sure I'd trust those, my buddy has a Summit brand balancer, it's working well so far, but I still bought a SLP balancer. Remember that your balancer plays a very important role in engine longevity. I have a 40k mile stocker if you're interested.

Also remember Vette balancers are different than F-Body/GTO balancers. The belt spacing is different.

Neither of those in the links you posted would fit a C5.
