Need a pro to spec me a cam, inside is my goals First off, info on car......
99 C5 Corvette
6 speed
will have full supporting bolt ons
spec for cam only or budget ported ls6 heads or the like.
what I'm looking for......
-nice lopey idle, want it to sound mean as eff
-Good midrange torque/throttle response.
-DON'T want something that only makes power up top (100% street car)
-QUIET engine bay, hate the noisey sewing machien valvetrain noise
-something that will net me as much power as possible under those conditions.
-Don't care how high I have to spin it as long as basic valvetrain upgrades will handle it no problem.
-nothing stupid crazy on the lift, don't want to have to change valvesprings all the time.
Post up if you'd like or a PM works just as well

Look into the 228R.... Its an awesome cam, Im just in a bind on if I should go with a 112 LSA or 114 LSA.... But with a set of 243 heads im expecting 400-415 RWHP on my GTO.... Cam specs are 228/228 588/588 112 - 114 LSA...
