Hello from new user in Charlotte NC Hey guys, been reading a ton on here for quite a while, great info on this site. I am on gmfullsize.com quite a bit also because my ride is a 5.3 Tahoe. You guys have great posts on here for the engine topics.
I am currently looking for a block for my next build. Going to do a 5.7 with CNC ported 706 heads, mild cam, intake and exhaust. Nothing extreme, just something with more power than the stock 5.3 in the Hoe right now. If there is anyone in the Charlotte area that has either a good LS1 block or a 5.3 block that I can bored to 5.7 specs please let me know. I have almost all the other parts, just haven't picked out pistons or a cam just yet.
