Default ls7 lifters?

what rpm are these good to? my cam will spin up to 7k and id rather not break stuff.

Yeah, you should be fine revving up to 7k. The stock redline on the ZO6 LS7's are 7k anyways. However, going further past 7k, I do not recommend. But you're fine.
