Default Hot Cam Install issues

Is increased valvetrain normal after putting in a hotcam and LS6 springs? The only thing I didn't do was use the new seats that came w/ the kit. I have already searched, so please don't flame me for it.

Umm no I did the Hotcam install over 5K ago and I had no increase in valvetrain noise at all. The specs on this cam are very mild and if the rocker arms are torqued correctly there should be no noticable increase in VT noise over the stock cam. My 02 may be the exception but it is one damn quite motor.

I torqued everything as close as I could w/ the torque wrench I have. Maybe I need to retorque them again.

Mine got noisier, it maybe cause I was just paying more attention to it. It isn't loud by no means but there is a noticable increase.
