Default Pushrod length question H/C and rocker swap

I have a 2000 c5 with an LS1 motor. I ported and polished a set of 5.3 heads off a truck and had larger intake valves cut. The heads were not plained. Went thru the heads and had them done right though. I also have a gm hot cam and comp 915 valve springs. I recently just added a set of 1.8 roller rockers. My car is running really rich. I was told the push rods maybe too long. Im using a set of chromolly push rods but was told stock size was what I needed. Is this correct?

You really need to measure. Not sure which rockers you are running but the 1.8 ratio is obtained by moving the pushrod pivot point towards the center of the rocker. Pick up an adjustable pushrod and verify the required length. It is the only way to be sure.
