Default Got a 408 with TFS 235 Heads - Come on in!

I am in the process of building my 408 and almost have it planned out. Static compression ratio will be about 10.7-10.9 and I am going to port my stock oil pump. I have not decided on a cam yet. Here it goes:

This is what I have bought so far (short block):

6.0l iron block 4.030" bore
Eagle Crank
Eagle H-beam rods w/ARP bolts
Mahle pistons with file fit rings
King Alecular main and rod bearings

This is what I am ordering tomorrow:

Trick Flow 235 70cc heads
Yella Terra 1.7 rocker arms

Here is what I will be ordering once the long block is built:

Fast 92/92 intake and T/B
F-body oil pan assy (pan/pickup/windage tray)
Injectors (~50-60 lb/hr) and fuel rails

Here is what I need help deciding on quick:

1. What head gaskets do you use on a 4.030" bore with TFS 235 heads?

I have searched and some people say ls7 head gaskets (some say that some water passage holes do not line up), l92 head gaskets, etc. The machine shop said that I must use a MLS (multi-layered steel) gasket preferrably about 0.040" compressed thickness. What are you using?

2. Will a new set of GM head bolts and main bolts be acceptable for a motor that will be n/a and street driven? The engine shop said that is perfectly ok becuase I have a reasonable compression ratio and will never see nitrous.

Does this look like a solid street build? I bet that you will be surprised to see this going in a 1950 Chevy truck with a 3000 stalled A4.

Please comment on my build, any input would be appreciated.

I would use the stock MLS FTMFW! This is a great head gasket.

I searched and found that the TFS head needs a larger bore head gasket than the 4.030" to seal the combustion chamber and clear the large valves. The recomended gasket bore is more like 4.090"-4.100", is this true?

I have a 6.0L block with 235 heads and you need a MLS gasket with at least a 4.125" bore. The LS7 gasket does not line up with the water holes in the block, so you have to go aftermarket, TFS has the gaskets also.
