Default Trick Flow Cams?

I was looking for a cam for my lq9 and was considering the Trick Flow LS cam with .595/.595 lift and 238/242 @ .050 on a 112 lsa. I've looked around on here and don't seem to see many people using tfs cams unless they are with the tfs head/cam package. Is anyone making good power with these cams in an lq9? Should this cam clear my pistons in a stock lq9 longblock? Thanks for the help,

Darren
