Default cam advice please

hi guy's.i need some advice, due to i'm an old guy and used to the old small and big block chevy motor''s,and new to ls1's.i have a 2001 b4c camaro with a stall,m.t.drag radials, and a 100 shot nitrous kit.stock manifold's and exhaust.running 11.70 depending on the weather.i was offered a good deal on a trick flow cam 216-220 duration 560-560 lift ,114 lsa.also g.m. orange valve springs, good to 580 lift, from what i've read.my question is,is this a good cam and spring package for stock manifolds, stock motor, and nitrous?will this size cam lope, because i'm trying to keep the sleeper stock sound?i'm talking 150.00 for the cam and springs from a good friend of mine.any input would be greatly appreciated.thanks !

well first i would really recommend a set of LT's, i think u would notice a hugh difference in performance and it will still be a sleeper.

That cam through a stock muffler should sound stock. However, with stock manifolds/exhaust its not gonna pick up a lot of NA power from the cam swap either.
